What happens when the free month ends?
Your card is charged the plan rate on day 31, and not before. Cancel any time during the first month from your account page and you pay nothing at all. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
What does a paid plan give us that the free plan does not?
The free plan marks multiple-choice work automatically. It cannot mark writing, because a real tutor does that. Standard adds tutor-marked writing within 48 hours, unlimited practice across every subject, a daily plan, and the topic mastery breakdown. The free plan is for seeing how the platform works. Standard is for preparing properly.
What does Pro add on top of Standard?
Two 30-minute tutor sessions a month on your child's writing, a curated study plan that reorders their weakest topics after every exam, one-tap drill mode, My Coach, cohort comparison so you can see where your child sits, and a weekly performance email.
Is the writing feedback really from a human?
Yes. A real tutor reads every submitted piece and returns a five-criterion rubric score with specific strengths and improvements. No AI feedback, and the tutor turnaround is visible to you on the dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans are month to month with no lock-in. Annual plans can be cancelled at any point. You keep access until the end of the billed period.
